1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
⚠️ Important: Some products (such as CBD, kratom, or kava) may be restricted in certain states or regions.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to local regulations, we will contact you and issue a refund for the affected items.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Megalife Integrative Wellness is not responsible for packages that are:

Lost or stolen after being marked as delivered

Delayed due to shipping carriers
If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need additional support, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Returns & Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
